Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames.

Please note that shipping rates and delivery timeframes, particularly for international orders, may be subject to change due to factors outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.

We offer free tracked shipping for all NZ orders over $300 NZD

We offer free tracked shipping for all International orders over $600 NZD

CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES

As orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse you may incur duties, clearance fees or local taxes. We do not cover these charges and are not liable for any fees incurred. For more information, we advise you to check with your local customs agent.
