If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re so sorry - we’re happy to offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
Please note:

  • We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

  • Import duties or taxes incurred when returning an item are the customer’s responsibility.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it

  • unworn or unused

  • with all original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

  • sale items

  • gift cards

We may be unable to accept items returned damaged, soiled, or without prior approval.


How to Start a Return

Please email info@paniagreenaway.com within 10 days of receiving your item.
We will share the return address and further instructions.
to request a return and receive the return address.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
