We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the time frames below.

New Zealand: 1–4 business days
Australia: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 4–10 business days

When checking out, please provide a physical address (such as a workplace) where someone will be available to sign for your parcel between 9am–5pm on weekdays. Please also include a phone number, as couriers may use it if they have difficulty delivering your order.

We offer free tracked shipping for all NZ orders over $300 NZD.
We offer free tracked shipping for all international orders over $600 NZD.

Customs fees and taxes

As orders are shipped from New Zealand, your country may charge duties, clearance fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are not covered by us, and we are not liable for any fees incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
